Justice Breyer on Precedent, Pragmatism, and the Supreme Court
This week, on both of our podcasts, we shared a conversation between U.S. Supreme Court Associate Justice Stephen G. Breyer and National Constitution Center President and CEO Jeffrey Rosen. Justice Breyer discussed the Constitution, civility, the Court, and why he's optimistic about the future of America. He also answered questions from the audience and described how he’s been spending his time during the pandemic—including Zooming with his law clerks and meditating.
