Dear John

Today we are celebrating World Environment Day and are excited to tell you
about our new Choice Manifesto [3]!

The Manifesto is a celebration of positive choices about the size of our
families, and a statement of support for those who don't yet have the
freedom to choose. In particular, we want to recognise the choice to have
few or no children as one that's good for individuals, good for our
communities and good for the planet. If you already have a small family or
no children, or if it's a decision you've made or are considering, we'd
love you to sign and share the Manifesto.

Through our contact with supporters and the wider public, too often we have
come across women and men who have felt isolated or opposed in their
personal decision to have only one child, or no children at all. The good
news is that we also know that there is a community of like-minded people
out there, and with this Manifesto, we aim to build a ‘Global Small
Family’ amongst friends and supporters who share values, experiences and
perspectives.

PLEASE JOIN US BY SIGNING AND SHARING THE MANIFESTO TODAY.

We are also building a Global Small Family photo album to show that
'family' has many definitions, so you are very welcome to share an image of
your family (biological or not, even human or not!) and tell us a little
about your choice.

Join the family [3]

In friendship,
