Hi John,

I’m Lorenzo Patterson, and I’m a member of United Steelworkers (USW) Local 13-243.

On May 1, ExxonMobil locked out 650 steelworkers in Beaumont, Texas. Please sign this pledge to say you support us and our fight for a fair agreement.

Over the past year, ExxonMobil was perfectly willing to tell us that we’re essential. We worked through the COVID-19 pandemic, hurricanes, floods and an unprecedented freeze.

Now, ExxonMobil is rewarding our hard work and sacrifice by forcing us off our jobs.

On May 1, the company locked out more than 650 United Steelworkers members to force us to accept a proposal that includes major changes impacting our safety, security and seniority.

We deserve a fair agreement and to stay safe on the job. Sign the pledge to show you support us and our fight.

In Solidarity,

Lorenzo Patterson
