* Elsa Kahn of Youngstown (Mahoning Co.) has been appointed to serve as a student member on the Youngstown State University Board of Trustees for a term beginning June 4, 2021, and ending April 30, 2023.
* Anita A. Hackstedde of Columbiana (Columbiana Co.) has been reappointed to the Youngstown State University Board of Trustees for a term beginning June 4, 2021, and ending April 30, 2030.
* Joshua D. Auten of Pickerington (Franklin Co.) has been appointed to serve as a student member on the Bowling Green State University Board of Trustees for a term beginning June 4, 2021, and ending May 17, 2023.
* Douglas L. Fortkamp of Sidney (Shelby Co.) has been appointed to the Edison State Community College Board of Trustees for a term beginning June 4, 2021, and ending January 17, 2025.
* Manish Valiathan of Pepper Pike (Cuyahoga Co.) has been appointed to the Radiation Advisory Council for a term beginning June 4, 2021, and ending September 6, 2025.
