Memorial Day might be over for those who consider it just the end of a "long weekend," but for many Americans it is a day that never ends. I want to share an op-ed I wrote for Memorial Day, which tells the story of a Gold Star wife, and the story of the REAL Memorial Day for so many Americans.

As a veteran, I can't tell you how many stories I receive of military leaders teaching critical race theory, encouraging neutral pronoun use, promoting liberal activist books, and other actions that are blatantly political. Politics DON'T belong in our military.

Enough is enough. I'm not going to let our military fall to woke ideology.  That's why I launched a whistleblower webpage with another veteran, Senator Tom Cotton (R-AR), where you can submit your story. Your complaint will be legally protected and with written permission we will anonymously publish egregious complaints on social media and tell the country what’s happening in our military.
