Attorney General Ford has always been at the forefront of protecting all Nevadan families, and that includes our LGBTQ+ community.

From day one, Aaron and his team have been fully committed to defending the rights of all Nevadans. Everyone ought to be treated equally under the law, and sometimes that requires us to take direct action in court.

As your Attorney General, Aaron filed a brief with the Supreme Court to protect LGBTQ+ employees from being discriminated against by their employers. As Aaron said after filing the brief, “No one should lose their job because of who they love or how they identify. All that should matter is if someone can do their job well.”

Nevadans will always be able to rely on Aaron to defend them against attempts to discriminate based on who they love.

Even though Aaron is doing great work, National Republicans are already scheming to remove him from office in the upcoming election. It’s going to be a tough re-election campaign, and Aaron will need supporters like YOU to help him win.
