After five months of obstructing President Biden's agenda, Kyrsten Sinema somehow still believes her GOP colleagues will do the right thing. We hoped Sinema would realize just how extreme the GOP Senators have become after they filibustered the bipartisan January 6 commission, but even that hasn't shaken her.

In fact, Sinema stood next to Republican Senator John Cornyn, who voted to filibuster the commission to examine the January 6 attack on our democracy, and stated, “The filibuster protects the democracy of our nation.”

Sinema needs a wake up call. That's why we're approaching our grassroots network. We need to all speak up together to say we've waited too long for progress, and now is the time to take action to end the filibuster. The 2022 midterms grow closer every day -- we don't have a second to waste to pass progressive legislation.
