We will discuss what can and cannot be bargained under federal law, “good faith” bargaining, use of official time, information requests, and how to access additional relevant resources.
Stewards Online Orientation – Thursday, June 17 at 1:00-5:00 p.m. Eastern Time: A must for new stewards (or stewards who never received formal training), this four-hour webinar overviews the role of the steward, active worksite representation, and one of the most important laws that outlines the rights of union representatives: 5 USC Chapter 71.
