Mitch McConnell and Republicans just blocked a bipartisan commission to investigate the insurrection on January 6th, 2021. They want to sweep the historical reality of that destabilizing attack on our democracy under the rug. You can help stop them. 

I’m sticking by my promise to get the truth about January 6th. But I can’t do it without a public show of support from Americans like you. Can you add your name to demand a bipartisan Jan. 6th commission?

Mitch McConnell and his caucus are literally walking through the halls of the building where their colleagues ran from, pleaded with, or tried to protect others from a violent mob -- and trying to erase any memory of that terrible insurrection. 

And I’ll tell you why: getting to the truth about the insurrection is inconvenient for the Republicans seeking re-election in the coming midterms. 

I can’t imagine anything more shameful. But let’s not pretend for a minute that McConnell and his cronies value democracy over their own political power. 

The American people still have more power than any of them -- so it’s critically important for you to add your name to show how important it is to get the truth about that day.
