John,

Did you see Judy’s last email? Last week, she sent around a survey that will help her fight for you in Washington, and we don’t want you to miss out on your chance to make your opinion heard!

From creating jobs and ensuring a robust pandemic recovery to fighting for racial justice and against anti-Asian hate, there is so much work to be done in this crucial moment for our country. That’s why Judy is counting on you to make your voice heard. But there are only a few days left for you to respond.

In case you haven’t yet had the chance to respond to our survey, we forwarded Judy’s email below. Will you let Judy know what issue is most important to you?

Thanks,
Team Chu

Subject: I need your input!

John,

Since President Biden took office, my fellow congressional Democrats and I have quickly gotten to work passing legislation to strengthen America’s recovery and reverse the damage of the prior administration. We passed the American Rescue Plan, which provided direct relief to American families and small businesses, funded safe school reopenings, and expanded the Child Tax Credit to cut child poverty rates in half. This month, President Biden signed the COVID-19 Hate Crimes Act to address the horrible rise in racism and hate crimes against Asian Americans. I’m especially proud that it includes my bill with Rep. Don Beyer, the NO HATE Act.

Together, we have already accomplished so much, but we still have a lot more work ahead. As I keep fighting in Washington, I wanted to ask: what issues matter most to you?
It is an honor and a privilege to represent you in Congress, and I'm doing everything in my power to ensure that your voice is heard. Help me continue to work for you by responding to this survey today with the issues you'd like to see me fighting for this year.

Sincerely,
Judy
