Ayanna headed out this week to cities and towns across the MA-07 to meet with some of the leaders and organizations behind key community projects.
Her first stop: Chelsea, MA. Ayanna joined Chelsea City Manager Thomas Ambrosino and Everett Mayor Carlo DeMaria, along with advocates and activists, to tour Island End Park and learn more about the proposed Coastal Resiliency Project to protect Everett and Chelsea from the impacts of climate change. Because climate justice is racial justice.
She then spent the afternoon in East Boston with City Councilor Lydia Edwards rallying for bold climate legislation and green jobs. Because we can tackle the growing climate crisis and create millions of good jobs to lift up working people and protect our communities.
Ayanna is always fighting to deliver the environmental justice that our communities deserve. Across the MA-07, Ayanna is bringing our voices for justice and equity to Washington, D.C. and advocating for legislation that better serves our communities.
You can stand with Ayanna by making a contribution right now to fuel our fight for climate justice and good, green jobs. Can you step up and make a $3 contribution today?
