Alexandria knows that public service is all about listening to, learning from, and organizing with the people we represent. It was from listening to communities here in NY-14 that she learned about the extreme burden of funeral costs that families were facing on top of other pandemic hardships – and it’s what led her to fight for and win funeral assistance for families.
