Breaking News Alert BREAKING: Bill to Rein in Colorado Marijuana Industry Unanimously Passes Colorado Senate After being overwhelmingly passed by the Colorado House of Representatives, HB 1317, a bill to establish a scientific review council to analyze the available research on the physical and mental health effects related to the use of high potency marijuana, was passed unanimously this afternoon by the Colorado Senate.
