**B Stands for Benefit**
Good afternoon,
June is National Immigrant Heritage month - an opportunity for
Americans to celebrate and reflect on immigrants' profound
contributions to the United States. As stated by President Biden in this
week's Proclamation on National Immigrant Heritage Month
,
"In every era, immigrant innovators, workers, entrepreneurs, and
community leaders have fortified and defended us, fed us and cared for
us, advanced the limits of our thinking, and broken new ground." In
other words, we believe immigrants contribute powerfully to America's
greatness.
At the National Immigration Forum, we strive to underscore the value of
immigrants to our society and push for commonsense immigration policies
that reflect their importance. As part of this work, the Forum regularly
creates - and amplifies -resources to inform and benefit our allies
and partners across the country. This week, we'd like to share a
roundup of resources on immigration topics currently in the news. We
hope that you'll read, listen, watch, and share:Â
