Just this week, former three-star general Michael Flynn called for a military coup to overthrow our democratically-elected government. Sadly, that's just the latest attack against our democratic institutions.

With Trump's "Big Lie" of a stolen election as their battle cry, Republicans are doing whatever they can to hold on to power – from ignoring the Jan. 6 attack on our Capitol to introducing hundreds of voter suppression laws in state legislatures around the country. This isn't "politics as usual" – it's an onslaught against the values we hold dear.
