John, Republicans have ABUSED the filibuster to BLOCK all Democratic progress -- including protecting our very Democracy with H.R. 1!!!

The filibuster is an archaic tradition of minority rule. It was DESIGNED to overpower the will of the people. Republicans make that clearer every day.

In times where Congress is urgently needed, to protect Democracy or to respond to a pandemic, the GOP has consistently used the filibuster to PREVENT Congress from taking any action -- from doing its JOB!

Beto couldn’t make it any clearer: If we’re going to pass the For the People Act, and SAVE our Democracy, we have to abolish the filibuster.
