The result is disappointing yet the fact that Democrats spent millions and needed help from their leaders to win a safe district says a lot.
The Democrat outraised the GOP by 5-1 and spent millions on a race they thought was safe.
They had to get last minute infusions of money from Pelosi and others in leadership.
The fact is this race showed Democrats on their heels and nervous about their slim margins heading into 2022.
