In 11 states and counting, the GOP is advancing its systematic, intentional
effort to keep Americans from voting. 

I’m fighting hard alongside my colleagues in the Senate to put a stop to this by passing the For The People Act, and failure is not an option. So I need your help to show there’s massive public support for federal law protecting voting rights. [link removed] ADD YOUR NAME → [link removed]

Here’s why that’s especially urgent: A recent leaked video from a conservative
dark money group showed them bragging about working with Republicans to
systematically restrict the right to vote state by state. The footage confirmed
that they even drafted the legislation in some cases! 

“We did it quickly and we did it quietly,” they said in the leaked footage.

Quickly and quietly is how you do something despicable. It’s how you know that
what’s happening isn’t defensible or just -- like laws that suppress votes in a
democracy.

We can stop this at the federal level with the For The People Act, but with
Mitch McConnell and the Republicans blocking us at every turn, it won’t be easy.
I don’t think I’ve said it this bluntly before but: these people don’t care
about democracy. They don’t play by the same rules. So I need your help.
