⚖️ The Left is trying to “reform” the courts in order to make judges beholden to politicians. Under the auspices of President Biden's Supreme Court Commission, they are working to come up with clever ways to justify the destruction of our independent judiciary. Manipulating the size of courts to achieve certain outcomes:

* Undermines our system of checks and balances, and
* Will deal a severe blow to democracy as we know it.

The lack of data on the safety of getting the COVID-19 vaccine during pregnancy is one of many reasons some Americans are vaccine-hesitant. While some reasons are political or may be based on conspiracy theories,it does the nation’s vaccination effort no favors to write off, mock, or ignore the legitimate concerns held by various groups. ([link removed]) Worse, by mandating vaccines for work, school, or other events, Americans with pre-existing health conditions and fertility concerns are being pushed against a wall, pressured to publicly explain and defend themselves to friends, colleagues, and bosses alike.

Two recent court rulings reject President Biden’s desire to discriminate in favor of women and minorities in using taxpayer money to aid businesses hit hard by COVID-19 shutdowns. The rulings support plaintiffs upset at Biden’s Small Business Administration (SBA), saying it violates the Constitution because applications for restaurant relief from women and racial minorities would receive preferential treatment ([link removed]) , being processed in the program’s first 21 days (from May 3 to May 24, 2021). Other applicants would be processed later.
