All over the country, patriotic Americans are standing up in opposition to this dangerous curriculum. And we’re providing the training and resources to help concerned citizens be effective advocates.

To assist activists, we have a NEW toolkit on critical race theory (CRT) on our website.

In the toolkit, there are new actions for activists to take right at home. These actions include:

1. Submitting a FOIA request to be given access to the debate and decision making process of your elected officials, including your school board. If requested, the government is required to hand over the records via “Open records laws’ and “Sunshine laws”. You can find resources in your state for submitting a FOIA request in our tip sheet.

2. Contacting your representative and urging them to support two key bills that will keep critical race theory out of our schools and military and deny federal funding to those who continue to include it in curriculum.
