It’s official: Democrat Melanie Stansbury WON her special election for New Mexico’s 1st Congressional District!! 

I’m beyond grateful and proud of this team for stepping up and supporting Melanie’s campaign. This was Democrats’ first real test of the midterm election cycle—our opportunity to prove that we’re serious about holding our House majority and delivering on President Biden’s promises to the American people. 

But you and I both know it isn’t so simple. Donald Trump and his cronies are still spreading lies about the election, sowing seeds of discord, division and anger to fire up their base.
