Spicewalla, Poppy Handcrafted Popcorn, and Olde London Road!
Friends –
It's Pride Month – and we are so looking forward to celebrating with you! Pride is about reflecting on how far we've come on lived and legal LGBTQ equality – and committing to never giving up in our push toward justice for all.
All this month, we're feeling the love from the LGBTQ community and businesses here in Asheville and beyond – and we wanted to be sure you knew about the exciting partnerships. Take a look at all of them below, including new Pride-themed items that benefit CSE and LGBTQ Southerners across the region.
Happy Pride,
Al Murray

PRIDE MONTH AT OLDE LONDON ROAD ([link removed])
Every Friday in June, our friends at Olde London Road, an English-style pub in Asheville, will be hosting contests and games that unite the joys of soccer and LGBTQ pride, with 100% of the proceeds from every event supporting CSE. On Saturday, June 26 from 12-8pm, we’ll close it all out with the Closing Party and Winners Tournament while watching the Pride Night Asheville City Soccer Club home game streamed live at 7:30 pm from UNCA's Greenwood Field. Huge thanks to Olde London Road and the South Slope Blues for this exciting partnership – and we're also grateful and honored for generous sponsorship from several major breweries – including Hi-Wire Brewing, Boojum Brewing Company, Highland Brewing, Foothills Brewing, and New Belgium Brewing – plus local restaurants Pennycup Coffee, Battlecat Coffee Bar, 10th Muse Comfort Food, and Zia Taqueria.
