Last night, we faced our end-of-month deadline and we set a goal to help us protect my seat and our narrow Democratic House majority. Well, this grassroots team stepped up in a huge way, and thanks to your support -- we reached our goal!

With a new opponent in the race and dark money attacks against me already starting, I know our work is only just beginning. We have a tough road ahead if we're going to protect our Democratic House majority and keep me working in Congress on the issues that matter most to you.
It won't be easy, but this grassroots team has helped us beat the odds before. Thanks to your support, we flipped Washington's 8th District blue for the first time ever in 2018, and we kept it blue in 2020. I know if we continue working together, we can beat the odds again and protect my seat and the Democratic House majority.
