Over the past month, we've used our Every Survivor Counts campaign to focus on the importance of centering and uplifting the voices of survivors in the anti-trafficking movement. We've discussed the importance of including diverse perspectives, ensuring survivors are paid fairly for their time, and utilizing storytelling on the survivors' terms.
While Every Survivor Counts Month has wrapped up, our work to support survivors in the movement continues. Freedom Network USA is proud to announce our new Advocate Project Fund. This fund will provide stipends to survivor members of FNUSA to work on their own projects addressing human trafficking. Survivors will be able to create their own initiatives, informed by their real-life experiences, to ensure that all trafficking survivors have access to justice, safety, and opportunity.
Want to help support survivors fighting human trafficking? Donate to the Sheila Neville Fund today. Gifts to the Sheila Neville Fund will support our new Advocate Project Fund and make sure survivors working in the movement have the resources they need to make the most impact. The movement is strongest when human trafficking survivors have a seat at the leadership table. Help raise survivor voices and make sure that #EverySurvivorCounts.
