June is LGBTQ Pride Month, and we have resources to help you open the door to conversations at home and in the classroom, including our Book of the Month, book round-up and our Author Read Aloud and Conversation with Alex Gino! We also have a new lesson plan on the future of policing and a Table Talk on Juneteenth.

Alex Gino Read Aloud

Join us on June 3 at 3pm ET for &ldquo;Changing the World One Word at a Time," a read aloud and conversation with Alex Gino. Alex is the acclaimed author of George, a book about a 4th grade transgender girl who struggles to be herself to the outside world. Alex will also read excerpts from and discuss George and You Don&rsquo;t Everything Jilly P!.
