Expose Fake Clinics in Alexandria: Halloween Edition!
Saturday, October 19, 2019
11:00 a.m. - 12:30 p.m.
Panera Bread, 3201 Duke St, Alexandria, VA 22314

Meet Reproaction at 11:00 a.m. for coffee at the Duke Street Panera Bread. Around 11:20 a.m., we will walk as a group to the crisis pregnancy center across the street. Crisis pregnancy centers are shady, anti-abortion fake clinics that exist to talk women out of having abortions. Not an early riser? Meet us at the fake clinic at 11:30 a.m. to demonstrate with us!

At 11:30 a.m., we plan on standing along Duke Street with a ‘fa-boo-lous’ banner. We’ll have signs, and flyers with information about where people can access real healthcare services and parenting resources in the region. We’ll give 'em plenty to talk about during this Halloween-themed #ExposeFakeClinics action.

Halloween attire is welcome! We’ll also have things on-site for you to accessorize with!

Join us for our October Positive Presence. We'll stand outside the Falls Church Healthcare Center, where the clinic staff and escorts can see us, and be a supportive, positive presence to counter the negativity of anti-choice protesters.

Note: This Positive Presence takes place during 40 Days for Life, a national anti-abortion event, which means there will be an increased opposition presence at clinic. As always, we follow a non-engagement policy.

*Carpool is available within Northern Virginia or from the East Falls Church Metro (Orange/Silver).
