Hello Friend,
We’ve made it to Sine Die! Here in the Nevada State Legislature, that means the 2021 Regular Session has come to an end, and it’s time to get together again so we can talk about how we fared, and more importantly what happens from here.
I’d like to invite you to join us at 5PM on Thursday, June 24th for the 2021 NVLeg Wrap-Up! We’ll cover what made it to the Governor’s desk, what victories we can celebrate, and what fights still loom ahead. There will be plenty to talk about, including legislation banning ghost guns, expanding access to voting rights, the creation of a public health insurance option, criminal justice reform, climate action, and what's happening with the effort to tax mining to raise revenue.
Additionally, we’ll have our Legislative Report Card ready, so you can see who is indeed fighting for you as opposed to just claiming to (because we take that seriously too).
