Unlike a lot of my Senate colleagues, I kept pieces of my campaign operation in place after Election Day. I think it’s important to have some staff continue doing meaningful organizing and communications work to help build support for our progressive ideas.

In my mind, this is one of the most important lessons to be learned from our movement to end gun violence or what we did in Georgia last cycle.

It’s that long-term, ongoing investment in organizing that can really move the needle on important issues and races. That is how we will make real progress and why I need to ask:
