Tonight at midnight is the crucial deadline for two major things. It’s the end of the 81st session of the Nevada State Legislature, and it’s the deadline for our May fundraising goal.

Since the first day of my tenure as Attorney General, I’ve been unwavering in my commitment to justice and equity for all Nevadans. I’ve sued multinational corporations for consumer fraud and made them pay out big settlements. I’ve successfully gotten multiple bills through the legislature that will make our criminal justice system fairer for those who look like me. Lastly, I took the Trump administration to court and won multiple times against their federal overreach.

The need for an Attorney General in this state that values working people and knows what it means to fight for the American dream is priceless. And the alternative is too high of a cost for those we know can’t afford to have a government that works against them and not for them.

I’m committed more than ever and energized for what lies ahead. Moving forward, the campaign will only start to heat up from here, and things will become serious.
