Friends,
Today we remember and honor those who gave their lives in service to our country. The bravery of these heroes must never be forgotten. Our nation’s Gold Star families are especially in my thoughts, today and every day.
A year ago, I decorated my car and drove through the district to celebrate Memorial Day from a safe social distance. I’m so grateful that this year, this day will look a lot more like it used to.
I hope you enjoy the long weekend and the wonderful time with friends and family.
