Dear John,
On this Memorial Day, I hope that you’re taking time to honor and remember our fallen heroes… those that sacrificed their all for our freedom.
From the American Revolution to the current global War on Terror, brave soldiers have laid down their lives to keep us safe and free.
These people were sons and daughters, fathers and mothers, brothers, sisters, friends, human. We never want to forget them nor what they did for us to ensure our liberty.
The men and women who sacrificed their lives for the flag deserve to be remembered every day, but especially on Memorial Day. I encourage you to take a moment of silence for the fallen heroes, or even offer a prayer of gratitude for them.
Please take some time today to reflect on the soldiers who gave their lives in service to the United States.
