I joined the Fight for Progress team a few months ago, and I’ve been so thrilled by our work here. Whether we’re organizing petitions to show elected officials how passionate their constituents are about issues like voting rights or climate change, or we’re fundraising to defeat some of Congress’s worst Republicans, FFP is an organization that strives every day for progressive change.

Our most important goal currently is clear as can be: we want to ensure Democrats hold onto their House and Senate majorities in 2022. For any progress, keeping the Majority is essential.

A more progressive America is possible, but it will take work from enthusiastic people like us to keep pushing forward.

We need Democrats in Congress to tackle so many more issues, including criminal justice reform, gun violence prevention, and immigration reform. But a Democratic majority is required for progress to be made in these areas.
