Who's next on Sen. Whitehouse's enemies list?
Sen. Sheldon Whitehouse (D-RI) keeps beating the same conservative "dark money" drum, this time promising a series of Senate floor speeches on the topic. In past speeches, the senator has implied that his ideological opponents are traitors for daring to exercise their First Amendment rights in ways the senator dislikes. CRC's Ken Braun walks through the list of groups and individuals who've provoked Whitehouse's ire here.

Why are we still required to wear masks?
From schools to mass transit to passenger airplanes, Americans are still required to wear masks, even if they are full vaccinated. In the cases of recalcitrant, pro-mask jurisdictions, schools, and interstate travel, the special interest group aggressively pushing continued mask mandates is Big Labor. CRC's Michael Watson refuses to be muzzled here.

Who is making America safe for Democrats?
Mark Zuckerberg is not the only left-wing partisan trying to tilt the election process. In January, AP reported that the Ford Foundation, Open Society Foundations, and others were "saving democracy" by opposing Georgia's voter integrity law, registering voters in Democratic strongholds, and building left-wing coalitions in swing states. CRC's Sarah Lee and Hayden Ludwig call out the hypocrisy here.

What could possibly go wrong with "sectoral bargaining"?
"Labor conservatives" have proposed "sectoral bargaining," which would give unions the power to negotiate contracts for all workers--union and nonunion--in an entire industry. The New Yorker Union's recent call--deleted hours later--for the elimination of the State of Israel demonstrates the folly of trusting monolithic institutions, who tend to advance the leftist agenda and ignore the wishes of their members. Michael Watson says "Not just no, but heck no" to sectoral bargaining here.

"Zuck Bucks"

In this episode: When people think "political billionaire," Facebook CEO Mark Zuckerberg is not the one who usually comes to mind. But after the 2020 elections, maybe he should.

The Center for Tech and Civic Life, funded to the tune of a reported $350 million by Zuckerberg and his wife through entities the couple controls, provided millions of dollars in grants to counties to support their implementing mail-in voting and other left-of-center election procedures. There is strong circumstantial evidence that those grants may have favored Democratic counties over Republican counties, contributing to Joe Biden's victories in battleground states.

Joining us to discuss his analysis of these "Zuck bucks" in Pennsylvania is Todd Shepherd, chief investigative reporter for the website Broad and Liberty, which covers Philadelphia city and Pennsylvania state-level news and politics.
