John — we’re respectfully asking you to make a $5 donation to our people-powered campaign.

Sorry to be so blunt, but our May fundraising deadline is on Monday at midnight and we need a last-minute push to hit our 50,000 contribution goal.

Hitting this goal is so important because One Nation, a Mitch McConnell-backed Super PAC, dropped a six-figure ad buy in Arizona attacking us . It’s the latest sign that National Republicans are willing to spend big money to try to win back this seat.

So in order to counter this avalanche of outside spending, we are going to fight back one $5 donation at a time. Because that’s how we are going to hold this seat and keep Mark in the Senate.

So as McConnell’s super PAC and National Republicans swoop in to try and flip this seat, we have to ask:

If you are able, will you make a $5 donation to our people-powered campaign? The amount isn’t as important as the donation itself because it’s going to take a lot of people chipping in a few bucks at a time to help reach our 50,000 contribution goal.

$5 at a time. That’s how we are going to overcome the massive amounts of outside spending that is already pouring into this race and hold this seat.

It’s not going to be easy, but if we work together and pitch in where we can, we know we will succeed.
