I just wanted to give you all a status update on our end-of-month push. After today, we have just two days left to meet our goal of receiving 2,500 contributions from emails like this, and at this point, we’re still short by 207 contributions.

I would be extremely grateful if you helped us get over the finish line by contributing to our campaign for governor now.→

Meeting this goal has more urgency than ever, given how crowded this race is becoming. Some of my opponents are so wealthy that they are likely to self-fund their campaigns. But in my eyes, a large bank account is no match for a motivated grassroots movement.

We set an ambitious goal for a reason, and I truly believe we’ll meet it. People are fed up with politicians who just want to maintain the status quo. Marylanders are ready for progressive leadership, and I’m prepared to deliver it when I arrive in Annapolis.

I am committed to creating a more equitable future where all Marylanders have a chance to thrive, no matter where they grew up or what school they attend.
