From her earliest days, Jennifer set out on a mission to blaze her own path in this world. With the help of her community, she became one of the first women to graduate from the Virginia Military Institute, served in the House of Delegates while pregnant with twins, and led the charge to ratify the Equal Rights Amendment in Virginia.

Throughout her public service career, Jennifer focused on a pro-woman, pro-labor, and pro-environment agenda, and she has been consistently on the front lines of the fight for equality for all Virginians.
