I can barely believe it. This weekend, a massive QAnon conference is coming to my hometown of Dallas. And Allen West, the extreme-right chair of the Texas Republican Party, and Texas Republican Congressman Louie Gohmert are speaking at it.

Let me be clear. QAnon is a far right, blatantly debunked, conspiracist movement fueled by hate and inciting violence left and right across our country. When our nation came the closest it’s ever come to a coup attempt in January, QAnon supporters were among the mob that stormed our Capitol.

Now, top Texas Republicans -- people who are the face of the Republican party -- are aligning themselves with this hatred. Publicly. We need to take action right now. Will you rush $7 to the Texas Democratic Party today?

These last few years, the Republican party has grown more extreme, more brazen, and more dangerous. We’ve seen it all spring long in the Texas legislature, as Republicans went to enormous lengths to attack Texans. Today, by lining up behind a fringe, extreme-right, conspiracist movement, they’ve gone even further.

This is confirmation of what we already knew to be true: the Republican party has abandoned any allegiance to morality, or to the truth. It has been co-opted by extremists like these. And it is a danger to the lives of Texans.

The best way we can fight back is by kicking Republicans out of power. We are working harder than ever to organize our communities and elect Texas Democrats. Chip in $7 to join the fight:
