I know what it's like to struggle between choosing child care and pursuing a career – all because there's no affordable child care nearby. What it's like to start a small business, with all the uncertainties and risks it brings. What it's like to serve my country in uniform. Every day I get to serve you, these experiences are at the front of my mind – as well as the stories of so many hardworking Pennsylvanians.  

But while I'm focused on making progress for our state and country, my Republican colleagues are focused on putting party over country every chance they get.

The GOP doesn't care about what's best for our country, Friend. They just want to win back power. And experts at Nate Silver's FiveThirtyEight are saying that keeping the House blue could come down to razor-thin elections – like the one right here in PA-06. 

They've already named me one of their top targets, and their megadonor allies are getting ready to come after me with everything they've got to flip this battleground seat red.

That's why my team set a goal to raise $10,500 by the end of this month to make sure we have the resources we need to fight back. It might seem far off, but early fundraising goals like this are critical in determining how the election will go. 

So please, Friend, can I count on you to pitch in $5 or more before tomorrow's midnight deadline? Every single dollar will go directly to defending this critical seat and our House majority.
