May was a pretty incredible month for Dems in D.C. and in Augusta.

Maine became one of the 1st states to get at least one shot to 70% of its population age 12 and over. Nationwide, COVID cases and deaths are at their lowest levels in almost a year. Unemployment filings are hitting pandemic-era lows. Dems are delivering!

None of this progress is inevitable. Governor Mills' smart, people-centered leadership through the pandemic helped keep caseloads low, avoided catastrophic pressure on our healthcare system, and has put Maine’s economy in a position to bounce back better than ever. President Biden acted quickly to get checks in pockets and shots in arms. As Democrats get the pandemic under control, the economy is ready to roar back. Dems are leading the way and all Republicans want to do is pledge allegiance to Trump. We’re looking forward, and they are stuck in the past.
