Early voting starts in just two weeks, so I wanted to give you an honest update on where we are right now:

With our ad up on the airwaves with AOC and Elizabeth Warren making the case to elect Brad, we’re feeling a surge of excitement and energy. People recognize Brad on the street, they’re starting to tune into the race, and our volunteers are getting sweet messages of support and enthusiasm in texts and calls to voters.

But here’s the problem: we came up a little short on our fundraising this week. $4,947 short to be specific.

If every person reading this email gave a dollar, we’d blow our goal out of the water. Can you chip in $5 to help us close the gap?

Three other candidates in our very crowded race raked in bundles of matching funds this week, raising the stakes for our very last end of month fundraising. It means more ads in newsfeeds and on TV, and more competition for the attention of New Yorks.

We know we can win this race, but we need your help to do it. Can you chip in now to keep our message from being drowned out?
