I know many folks are logging off early for the holiday weekend, so I really appreciate you opening this email.

My finance team just shared an update on our May fundraising, and I want to let you know where things stand: while our grassroots team came together to step up and help out endangered Democrats with contributions this month, it appears our own fundraising has slowed down as a result.

As Republicans pick up momentum with eye-popping fundraising hauls while promoting far-right conspiracy theorists of the party, now is not the time to be slowing down and showing any signs of weakness.

We still have so much work to do to advance our priorities through Congress and push the Biden-Harris administration toward adopting our progressive agenda.

The last thing we need to be worried about is keeping pace with Republicans who will obstruct and move us backward.
