Right now, dozens of anti-voter bills are making their way through the Michigan state Senate that would make it more difficult to vote by mail and severely restrict the use and availability of ballot drop boxes.

The best way to stop these voter suppression efforts is by electing Democrats who will vote them down and having the resources to challenge them in court if they do become law. Our party is preparing to do just that, but it takes significant resources.

We're also facing our end-of-month deadline in three days, and with these relentless attacks on voting rights coming from the GOP, we're counting on everyone to come together to help us meet our $5,000 goal.
