Mitch McConnell is afraid of the truth. Instead of doing the right thing and supporting a bipartisan commission on the January 6 insurrection, McConnell’s GOP just used the first filibuster of this Senate session to shamefully stand in the way of the truth.

Why? Because partisan politics are more important to Republicans than our democracy.

And we know there are obstructionist Republicans who want to block our progress again and again on critically urgent issues like infrastructure, immigration, and police reform.

If these Republicans take back the Senate, they will be free to obstruct anything they choose. Well, we can’t let them win, John. We MUST keep the Senate blue in 2022.
