That’s the number of seats the GOP needs to flip in 2022 to put Mitch McConnell back in control of the Senate.

That’s why outside groups are getting ready to dump mountains of cash into battleground Senate races. Extremist candidates are being recruited. And Republicans in state legislatures are ramping up voter suppression efforts.

And it might happen — unless we fight back.

I know this is an off-year and you want to rest after four years of Donald Trump’s outlandish attacks on our democracy, but with a 50-50 Senate on the line in this election we cannot afford to rest.

We must sustain our grassroots infrastructure and invest in organizing all year round. But right now, we’re behind on our end-of-month goal.

I’m personally asking you to make a contribution of any amount to our campaign before Monday’s fundraising deadline to ensure we have the financial resources to help Democrats hold on to the Senate:
