The NY Attorney General sued to dissolve the NRA last year, and the organization responded in the only way they knew how -- by running away.

They fled to Texas to file for bankruptcy, a move that would have protected them from the NY lawsuit. Here's the good news, team: Even Texas dismissed their petition. The NRA is headed back to New York to finally pay for their wrongdoings.

But, the NRA has deep ties to the most powerful Republicans in Congress, and we know that they won't go down without a fight. We have to stop the gun violence epidemic, dissolve the gun lobby, and pass meaningful gun violence prevention legislation, but we can't do it without you.
