Donald Trump is coming back to North Carolina next week.
Yes. He’s back.
But this time, it’s to rally his base for the U.S. Senate election. North Carolina Republicans asked him to come because they know the Senate will be decided here in North Carolina.
In 2016, Republicans won North Carolina’s Senate race by 6 percent. In 2020, Republicans won by less than 2 percent.
That’s why our end-of-month fundraising deadline is so important. This is the most important race in the country, and Cheri Beasley is the candidate who can win.
