Folks:

Senate Republicans just voted against creating a bipartisan January 6 Commission to investigate the deadly insurrection against the Capitol earlier this year. It’s clear they want to avoid any responsibility or accountability for their actions.

Look, we've got to get to the bottom of this sh*t. It's a non-partisan investigation of what happened. And if it's because Republicans are afraid of Trump, then they need to get out of office. It's bullsh*t. You make tough decisions in this office or you shouldn't be here.

It’s never been more important to protect our Democratic majority and prevent the GOP from taking back the reins. Can you chip in $10 or more to help us reach our critical end-of-month fundraising goal?

This act of terror on our democracy was unprecedented and we need a bipartisan 9/11 style commission to investigate the causes of the January 6 riot so we can hold those responsible accountable and prevent something like this from ever happening again.

But it’s clear most Republicans have no interest in that.

We cannot afford to become complacent. Our Democratic majority is extremely fragile. If Mitch McConnell manages to flip just one seat next year, he’s back in charge. That’s why we need a strong grassroots team to show the power of our Democratic majority.

If you can, will you chip in $10 or more to help us reach our end-of-month fundraising goal? This is our chance to show the GOP how strong we truly are.

We know that a team made up of hard-working folks chipping in what they can to make a difference is much stronger than any mega-donor McConnell might have in his corner.

Thanks,

Jon
