John,
Hypocrisy at its worst.
That's Tom McClintock calling for the re-opening of the Capitol building to the public -- while voting against a bipartisan bill establishing a commission to investigate the cause for its closure in the first place.
We all watched in horror as a violent mob -- egged on by lies that McClintock himself helped to amplify -- stormed the Capitol, ransacked congressional offices, injured more than a hundred Capitol police officers, and tried to overturn the results of the November election.
Politicians can disagree on the issues, but not on the oath to put our country above party allegiance. But Tom McClintock won't.
Our district deserves better. If you agree, I hope you'll chip in $5 or whatever you can to flip CA-04 in the next election and send Tom McClintock into early retirement.

The commission Tom voted against is bipartisan, John. We need to know what happened that day so that this never happens again.
And while Tom thinks we should all just move on and forget about it, he's in the minority:
Capitol Police are calling for an investigation
35 members of his party voted for an investigation
The American people overwhelmingly support an investigation
John, we can't let someone who allows insurrection to go unpunished continue representing us in Congress. Chip in anything you can to help send Tom McClintock home. [link removed]
Thank you.
