Hard to believe, but it’s true: Senate Republicans continue to oppose a bipartisan commission to investigate the insurrection at the Capitol on January 6.

Apparently, they don’t want answers to two key questions: What exactly happened on Jan. 6, and how did it happen?

Frankly, it’s no surprise. After all, many Republicans promoted the “Big Lie” that led to the violence — the false claim that Joe Biden did not win the November election. And although insurrectionists endangered Republicans’ own lives alongside Democrats, many have refused to denounce the violence at the Capitol.

We need to do everything we can to get these insurrectionists out of Congress. But with just three days until our crucial end-of-month deadline, we’re still not on track to hit our fundraising goal — and we urgently need your help to get there.
