Join Marlena Graves, author and adjunct professor at Winebrenner Seminary, in this four-week learning community centered around living like Jesus. Is it really possible to live like Jesus, or is that reserved for people like St. Francis—the rare saint whose way of life is beyond the reach of most Christians?

The good news is that living like Jesus, like saints, is indeed possible. But it will require that we walk away from culturally- and politically-captive Christianity to avail ourselves daily of God’s grace and by leaving no stone unturned in our surrender to God.

Participants of this exclusive Learning Community will discuss and apply concepts from Marlena's book The Way Up is Down: Becoming Yourself by Forgetting Yourself, including:

  • Converting every ounce of our being to Christ
  • Embodying the posture of surrendering our rights instead of seeking our rights so that we might be filled with God’s life
  • Descending downward to be emptied or unclogged of the world and its ways that often masquerade as Christian, in order that we might be filled with God and live powerfully right where we are.

Date(s): Wednesdays, June 9, 16, 23 and 30, from 2-3:30 PM ET on Zoom.

Don't miss out on your opportunity to learn from Marlena, connect with others, and ask really great questions around spiritual formation and what it means to live like Jesus. Move more deeply into being who it is God calls you to be, here and now, by registering today.
